- Accumulator
- A bet that links two or more selections; you win only if every selection wins.
- Asian Handicap
- A spread system that gives one team a fractional or whole‑goal advantage or disadvantage, removing the draw as a possible result.
- Bankroll
- The total money you set aside for placing bets.
- Bet Builder
- A tool that lets you combine different markets from a single match into one custom wager.
- Cash Out
- An option to settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or limiting a loss.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes (win, draw, lose), raising your chance to win.
- Edge
- A perceived advantage you think gives you a better chance to beat the bookmaker’s odds.
- Fixed Odds
- The odds set when you place your bet; they stay the same even if the line later moves.
- Half-time Bet
- A wager placed on the outcome of only the first half of a match, independent of the final result.
- Handicap
- A points or goals adjustment applied to a team to level the betting field.
- In-Play
- A bet placed after the match has started, with odds that update as the game unfolds.
- Juice
- The commission built into the odds that the bookmaker charges for taking your bet.
- Margin
- The bookmaker’s built‑in profit margin, expressed as a percentage of the true probability.
- Market
- A specific betting option or category, such as match result, total goals, or player props.
- Odds
- The numerical expression of how likely an outcome is, also showing how much you can win per unit staked.
- Outright Bet
- A bet on which team will win the entire tournament or group, rather than a single match.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether a specific statistic, like total goals, will be higher or lower than a set line.
- Price Boost
- A special promotion that increases the odds on a chosen selection for a limited time.
- Push
- A tie result in a bet where the stake is refunded because the outcome exactly matched the line.
- Scorecast
- A bet that predicts both the first goal scorer and the exact final score of the match.
- Stake
- The amount of money you risk on a bet.
- System Bet
- A type of bet that covers multiple combinations of selections, allowing you to win even if some selections lose.
- Value Bet
- A wager where you believe the odds offered are higher than the true probability, giving you an expected edge.
- Void
- A bet that is canceled and the stake returned, usually because the event did not occur as scheduled.
